The Clarkson craftsman is a great starter house that is two floors high and comes with two large rooms, milled exterior siding, a staircase hallway on first floor, 2nd floor has two extended window dormers, a staircase landing walkway that leads to a French door small bathroom.
The house measures outside at 15"wide x 10" deep x 12 high.
Kit comes unassembled with two craftsman double windows, three craftsman single windows, two craftsman single pane windows.
Also included is a working craftsman main entry door, two craftsman working interior doors, and one craftsman French door.
You also get a craftsman staircase with newel post and a landing.
Kit requires two (2) bags of our asphalt shingles to complete roof (NOT INCLUDED).
